Latisha Coates-Young

Latisha recently joined the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education as the Chief Program Officer. With more than 15 years of experience strengthening productivity, compliance, and performance across nonprofit organizations, she has led programs serving at‑risk and marginalized populations with a focus on impact and equity. In her role, Latisha oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of organization‑wide initiatives, ensuring program excellence, grant compliance, and alignment with strategic goals, while collaborating with executive leadership to drive operational effectiveness, resource growth, and sustainable organizational impact.

Latisha is the founder of Young Legacy Consulting, a boutique firm that supports nonprofits and small businesses in developing strategies to increase operational efficiency, build capacity, and strengthen sustainable leadership through organizational coaching. She also lends her expertise to the Baltimore community by serving on the boards of several local nonprofits.
