Alex Cha

Alex Cha serves as the Data and Administrative Specialist for the
Maryland Business Roundtable for Education (MBRT). Alex brings a new
outlook on how to use data to help with the team’s goals.

In this position, Alex serves as MBRT’s data liaison, helping to ensure that the information driving our mission is accurate, accessible and actionable. He is responsible for maintaining data integrity across MBRT’s system and presenting insights in a clear and meaningful format, providing staff, partners and stakeholders with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions that ultimately benefit the future of Maryland’s workforce.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Technology Administration
from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), Alex joined
Aston Carter as a Compliance Analyst, where he honed his data analysis
skills. Most recently, he stepped into the classroom, teaching English in
South Korea. This experience gave him a renewed appreciation for the
impact of education and the importance of building strong connections
with students. Now, he’s excited to bridge his analytical strengths with his passion for learning and mentorship with MBRT.
