Volunteers: Let’s Get Started

In an effort to provide our volunteers with an improved experience while signing up for volunteer opportunities, we decided to migrate our volunteer management from STEMnet to Better Impact. This new system will allow use to support our volunteer community better. In September 2021, we launch our new volunteer experience called Volunteer Impact. Similar to STEMnet, this system provides a website (https://app.betterimpact.com/) to navigate our volunteer resources, but the change also includes access to a mobile application (My Impact – Android Play or Apple Appstore) that provides access to the same functionality available through your browser, but on your mobile phone.

Please use the following information to create, update and access your account in our volunteer management system.

CURRENT: I have already setup my account.

RENEW: I have volunteered for MBRT, but have not updated my account.

NEXT GEN: I was contacted to support a specific NGS Event.
