- Modify design and functions as needed from testing stage findings
- Build full scale Teen Web with initial career areas (Aerospace, Finance, Teaching)

- Launch P2 site with Speakers Bureau presentations in classroom (http://www.BeWhatIWantToBe.com)

Phase 3 Web Site (P3)
March 2005
- Add Health careers
- Consider next careers (prospective: Tourism, Manufacturing, Telecom, IT, Construction, Biotech)
- Map out additional phases, marketing, incentives, evaluation, and new features for 2005
