In April 2010, the MBRT Board of Directors recommeded Maryland educational and political leaders to move swiftly to adopt Common Core Standards, to implement a comprehensive Education Longitudinal Data System, and to adopt the Education Reform Act of 2010 and adopted the following endorsement:
